Will Discovery regain their Tour status this year?

Does having Basso and Leiphemer aboard the Discovery team will help them to dominate this years Tour? And will George go for the Prologue win this year?

   I don’t believe they will dominate the TdF this year. The Astana Team raced well in La Vuelta to finish out the year. Vinokourov has become a very competitive racer. His team should support him very well. I don’t think it will be a lock for Basso b/c he hasn’t raced in a Grand Tour for almost a year. He is also on a new team. And as far as Big George is concerned…. He will go for the Prologue if it falls into the plans for winning.
