Seems every leader like Vino… , Rasmusssen, Cancellera ( takes wrong turn for some reason like changed road signs??) were ousted from the race until only USA Leiphemer and team USA Discovery will be on Podium. Money rules.

the only cycling race i watch it the tour de france… I’m sure there are many other people from the united states like me… I dont think I will find the tour interesting if the US dosent have a team.

where is ther coverage on the web that will actually tell us what is going on with team discovery doing so badly and others so well. I have been to the team site and oln but not much info. I want real dirt on why we are doing so poorly?

there is some discussion that the first-term governor of Louisiana will not attend the Sept. 1-4 convention if Hurricane Gustav hits the coastline of his state? Do you know if they will shorten the Convention? Will Pres. Bush also travel down to the Gulf coast to help out with volunteer response?

Great finish with Freirre edging out Zabel. The top Discovery team finish was Vladimir Gusev in 22nd and then Michael Barry in 25th, then Roger Hammond in 64th 1:55 behind, Bileka in 66th, and three riders who didn’t finish.
